Our Community
Our neighborhood was founded in
1988 by KCH developers. The homeowners association,
Country Club Valley Association, INC. filed as a
Pennsylvania Non-Profit Corporation in 1988 and is
controlled by an elected board of homeowner
volunteers. Our picturesque valley
rests on over 109 acres in Western Chester County
minutes from the by-pass, shopping and jobs centers.
The community consists of 91 townhomes and 76 single
family homes. Each home has its own unique and
delightful charms. |
