Our Community

Our neighborhood was founded in 1988 by KCH developers. The homeowners association, Country Club Valley Association, INC. filed as a Pennsylvania Non-Profit Corporation in 1988 and is controlled by an elected board of homeowner volunteers.

Our picturesque valley rests on over 109 acres in Western Chester County minutes from the by-pass, shopping and jobs centers. The community consists of 91 townhomes and 76 single family homes. Each home has its own unique and delightful charms.

About Our Board

The homeowner's association board keeps our community beautiful, with the right level of land management and low association fees. The board's goal is to make homeowners feel like they do not just live in a house but live in a community. The board monitors adherence to important policies to ensure a clean and welcoming community. To view these policies click on the "Association Documents" link. The board meets once a month to approve requests and discuss ideas and improvements for the community. If you have a suggestion for the community, please complete the "Contact Us" page to share your idea.
