February may be the shortest month of the year, but there are a lot of holidays that happen this month. Mardi Gras, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day, it’s all in February! There are sure to be many activities taking place within your community so update the Community Calendar and connect with your neighbors!

Planning on painting, remodeling or improving
the exterior of your home?
Remember that a request form must be submitted to the Association Board for approval. The request form may be downloaded by clicking the red button below.

Please submit color/material samples for any proposed changes to the appearance of the exterior of your home, and obtain the written approval of your next-door neighbors on the request form.
